Son of Dorit and Yehoshua. Born on the 15th of Tamuz 5,747 (12.7.1987) in Hadid. Brother of Tomer and Guy. On November 20, 2005, he enlisted in the IDF and served in the Golani Brigade. Itay was married to Dafnie and the couple had a child: Hailey. Captain (res.) Itay Yehoshua fell in battle on the 22nd day of Tishri 5,784 (7.10.2023). He was thirty-six years old. He was laid to rest in the military section of the Hadid Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, daughter, parents and two brothers.
