Son of Naomi and Rami. Born on the 24th day of Iyar 5,759 (9.5.1999). Brother of Hila, Chen and Dor. Lotan Abir was murdered on the 22nd day of Tishri 5,784 (7.10.2023) at the “Nova” music festival near Re’im. He was twenty-four years old. He was laid to rest in the Gan Haim Cemetery. He is survived by his parents, two sisters and brother.
