Son of Carmit and Yuval. Born on the 18th day of Tevet 5,764 (12.1.2004) in France. Brother of Tamar and Adi. He immigrated to Israel with his family when he was eight months old. On December 12th, 2022, he enlisted in the IDF and served in the Golani Brigade. Sergeant Guy Bazak fell in battle on the 22nd day of Tishri 5,784 (7.10.2023). He was nineteen years old. He was laid to rest in the military section of the Kokhav Ya’ir Cemetery. He is survived by his parents and two sisters.
