Son of Libat and Yossi. Born on the 20th day of Elul 5,764 (6.9.2004) in Kiryat Haim. Brother of Ohad, Amit, and Itamar. On December 8th, 2022, he enlisted in the IDF and served in the Paratroopers Brigade. Sergeant Matan Malka fell in battle on the 22nd day of Tishri 5,784 (7.10.2023). He was nineteen years old. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Kibbutz Gesher HaZiv . He is survived by his parents and three brothers.
בנם של ליבת ויוסי. נולד ביום כ’ באלול תשס”ד (6.9.2004) בקריית חיים. אח לאוהד, עמית ואיתמר. ביום 8.12.2022 התגייס לצה”ל והתנדב לחטיבת הצנחנים. סמל מתן מלכה נפל בקרב ביום כ”ב בתשרי תשפ”ד (7.10.2023). בן תשע-עשרה בנופלו. הוא הובא למנוחות בבית העלמין בקיבוץ גשר הזיו. הותיר אחריו הורים ושלושה אחים.
