Son of Rachel Yehudit and Menachem. Born on the 29th day of Iyar 5,761 (22.5.2001) in Kiryat Arba. Brother of Herut, Aluma, Itay, Bnaya, Avishai, Elad, and Roni. On August 11th, 2022, he enlisted in the IDF and served in the Commando Brigade. Staff Sergeant Amichay Yaakov Vanino fell in battle on the 22nd day of Tishri 5,784 (7.10.2023). He was twenty-two years old. He was laid to rest at the National Military Cemetery on Mount Herzl. He is survived by his parents, three sisters and four brothers.
