Son of Ronen and Raphaela. Born on the 17th day of Adar I 5,755 (17.2.1995). Brother of Ido and Lior. Roei survived the ‘Nova’ music festival and was wounded in the massacre of October 7, 2023, during which his partner was murdered before his eyes. In the aftermath of the trauma and profound loss he endured, including the death of his mother by suicide two weeks after the outbreak of the war, Roei struggled deeply with the weight of his experiences. He passed away on the 18th day of Tishri 5,786 (10.10.25). He was thirty years old. He was laid to rest in the Kfar Yona Cemetery. He is survived by his father and two siblings.
