Son of Malka and Shalom. Born on the 11th day of Sivan 5,750 (4.6.1990) in Be’er Sheva. Brother of Talia, Yaakov, Ester and Renana. Maor was married to Inbar and the couple had four daughters: Hadar, Shani, Adi and Shahar. On October 7th, 2023, he enlisted in the reserves and served in the Bislamach Brigade. Master Sergeant (res.) Maor Lavi fell in battle the 14th day of Tevet 5,784 (26.12.2023). He was thirty-three years old. He was laid to rest at the National Military Cemetery on Mount Herzl. He is survived by his wife, four daughters, parents, a brother and three sisters.
