Son of Fani and Hanun Hananya. Born on 17th day of Sivan 5,756 (4.6.1996) in Netivot. Brother of Lea and Sapir. On July 10th, 2022, he enlisted in the Israel Police and served in the Israel Border Police – Yamam Unit. Master Sergeant Avshalom Yair Peretz fell in battle on the 22nd day of Tishri 5,784 (7.10.2023). He was twenty-seven years old. He was laid to rest in the military section of the Netivot cemetery. He is survived by his parents and two sisters.
בנם של פאני וחנון חנניה. נולד ביום י”ז בסיון תשנ”ו (4.6.1996) בנתיבות. אח ללאה וספיר. ביום 10.7.2022 התגייס למשטרת ישראל ושירת במשמר הגבול – יחידת ימ”מ. רס״מ אבשלום יאיר פרץ נפל בקרב ביום כ”ב בתשרי תשפ”ד (7.10.2023). בן עשרים שבע בנופלו. הוא הובא למנוחות בחלקה הצבאית בבית העלמין בנתיבות. הותיר אחריו הורים ושתי אחיות
