Son of Smadar. Born on the 15th day of Tevet 5,763 (20.12.2002) in Kiryat Shmona. On January 9th, 2021, he enlisted in the IDF and served in the Armored Corps. Captain Ilay Elisha Lugasi fell in battle on the 27th day of Sivan 5,784 (3.7.2024). He was twenty-one years old. He was laid to rest in Kiryat Shmona Military Cemetery. He is survived by his mother.
בנה של סמדר. נולד ביום ט”ו בטבת תשס”ג (20.12.2002) בקרית שמונה. ביום 9.1.2021 התגייס לצה”ל ושירת בחיל השיריון. סרן איליי אלישע לוגסי נפל בקרב ביום כ”ז בסיוון תשפ”ד (3.7.2024). בן עשרים ואחת בנופלו. הוא הובא למנוחות בבית העלמין הצבאי בקרית שמונה. הותיר אחריו אם.
