Daughter of Sasha and Robbert. Born on the 17th day of Shevat 5,759 (3.2.1999) in Holland. Sister of Margalit and Asher. She immigrated to Israel as a lone soldier in 2018. In 2018, she enlisted in the IDF and served in the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps. On the afternoon of October 7, when she realized that many of the soldiers she had served with had fallen in battle or were still fighting, she volunteered for reserve service and was assigned to the Air Force. Captain Rebecca Henriette Johanna Baruch fell in battle on the 11th day of Shevat 5,784 (21.1.2024). She was twenty-four years old. She was laid to rest at the National Military Cemetery on Mount Herzl. She is survived by her parents, brother and sister.
